Design Notes

We chose this CDS order for the following reason: the most important is to generate the response to capture AFB1, secondly the transcription factor (TF), because we know that IGG6 works well at the bicistronic level, but beyond the third CDS its expression is reduced. To ensure good expression of the TF and maintain positive feedback, we placed it second. Lastly, the RFP, although its signal is expected to be reduced due to lower expression, the positive feedback will compensate for it.
